STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Jeff McInnis, on behalf of his client DBR Entertainment
Productions, LLC, is requesting the Board of County Commissioners approve a collateral
assignment of the lease for the property leased on Okaloosa Island that is being developed as
Wild Willy's Adventure Zone.
BACKGROUND: DBR Entertainment took assignment of the lease for the lease parcel of land
on Okaloosa Island that is being developed as Wild Willy's Adventure Zone. Mr. McInnis is
requesting the Board of County Commissioners approve a collateral assignment of the
lease/landlords' waiver with Centennial Bank as a security instrument for a loan.
The letter requesting approval from Mr. McInnis along with the Collateral Assignment of
Lease/Landlord's Waiver is included for review and consideration by the Board of County
Commissioners. As this form requires Board of County Commissioner's approval, staff has
requested representatives from DBR Entertainment be present in an effort to obtain approval.
OPTIONS: Approve/deny acceptance of the Collateral Assignment of Lease/Landlord's Waiver
between DBR Entertainment Productions, LLC and Centennial Bank for the property being
developed as Wild Willy's Adventure Zone on Okaloosa Island.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff has no objection to the request. Representatives from DBR
Entertainment, LLC will present to the Board of County Commissioners their need for the
execution of the attached document.
