In addition, TSA requested alterations to temporary bag screening location and configuration that varied from the issued construction drawings. This iterative process required multiple levels of TSA input/approvals. These items interrupted the development of shop drawings and the manufacturing of the temporary and permanent systems as well as slowed construction work progress. Costs associated with these changes are covered by existing Allowances within the Contract.
