On October 13, 2015, as Manager/Member of WINGARD FAMILY, LLC, I proposed to sell three (3) parcels of unimproved real property to the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida for the net-net-net* cash sum of $53,000.00. 2. The three (3) parcels to be sold/purchased are described as follows: PARCEL ID: 18-3N-23-1800-0000-030G OAKCREST F/G PLAT #1 140 FT SQ INNW COR TRACT 30 PARCEL ID: 18-3N-23-1800-0000-030F OAKCREST F/G PLAT #1 S 170 FT OF W 140 FT OF N1/2 OF TRACT 30 PARCEL ID: 18-3N-23-1800-0000-030H OAKCREST F/G PLAT #1 S1/2 OF TRACT 304 % ACRES M/L EX OR 861-618 3. The proposal as stated in Paragraphs 1 and 2 above will be valid until midnight on Thursday, December 31, 2015. After that date and time, this proposal will be “null and void”. Page -2- Memorandum October 13. 2015 *Triple net terms mean that Seller will receive at closing the respective net cash sum as stated in the proposal (as indicated in Paragraph 1 above). The parcels of real property will be conveyed “as is — where is” and Seller makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the subject parcels of real property. Seller will incur no expenses or closing costs whatsoever as a result of this transaction. Buyer (Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida) will pay all closing costs including, but not limited to, documentary stamps on the deed, recording fees, survey costs, all ad valorem taxes and any other prorations.
