Executive Session February 2 , 2016 The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners was called to order in Executive Session at 8 : 00 a . m. at the County Administration Building in Shalimar to discuss litigation strategy with regard to various administrative and legal challenges related to the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) . The only individuals permitted in the Executive Session were Commissioners Charles K. Windes , Jr ., Chairman ; Carolyn Ketchel , Vice Chairman ; Wayne Harris ; Nathan Boyles ; and Trey Goodwin ; as well as County Administrator John Hofstad ; County Attorney Greg Stewart , and a certified court reporter . ADJOURNMENT This Executive Session was adjourned at 8 : 20 a . m. J . D. PEACOCK II CHARLES K.
