BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: Purchasing requests Board approval of the State contract (No. 84121500-15-01) for purchasing card services. The new contract will not require any changes to existing cards or ePayable programs. The Purchasing Card Program has facilitated a purchase dollar amount of $4,086,800 for the last year. This resulted in the largest rebate check to date of $57,215. The entire contract is available for review under the contract link document. Only Exhibits F & H are required to be signed by the Chairman. Staff requests authorization for the Chairman to sign the documents. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny the State contract (No. 84121500-15-01) for purchasing card services and authorization for the Chairman to sign the documents. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the State contract (No. 84121500-15- 01) for purchasing card services and authorization for the Chairman to sign the documents.
