(Maruti) are committed to providing a safe and efficient transportation system to all customers within its service. This System Safety Program Plan affects all levels of our company’s activities, to include: contract start-ups, vehicle/fleet planning, employee training and testing, service operations and vehicle maintenance for all Maruti locations Therefore, all employee and sub-contract vendors are charged with the responsibility for ensuring the safety of passengers, employees and property. Maruti’s Senior Management Team is responsible for developing, implementing and administering a comprehensive and coordinated system safety program that includes a plan to identify, prevent, control and resolve hazards of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions in its service locations and operations. Each of Maruti’s locations are also required to develop and implement formal written methods and processes to ensure full compliance with the local requirements of general contractor’s/government agencies that have a contract agreement with Maruti.
