Re: Bluewater Bay DRI amendment
Dear Mr. Kampert,
On April 15, 2015 the WFRPC received the proposed amendment for the Bluewater Bay
Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to §380.06(19)(e)1 Fla. Stat. Our staff
has completed its review of the amendment, which proposes the following changes:
1. Convert land use designation of Golf (G) to Medium/Low Residential (M/L) and
Open Space for the development of 21 single-family homes on property generally
described as Fairway #4.
We have determined that the proposed change should not create any additional or
unanticipated impact to regional resources nor does it create a substantial deviation.
Staff does not object to the proposed change, however, enclosed are comments
regarding the traffic analysis prepared on March 12, 2015 and submitted by Mr. Rigby as
part of the application.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance to you in the DRI process.
Also, please advise us of any additional changes in this development or alterations to
Development Orders. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to
contact me.
Sincerely,
Dawn Schwartz E
