OKALOOSA ISLAND LEASEHOLD CONVERSION SCOPE OF SERVICES The Respondent shall be bonded and insured and will be responsible for providing Leasehold Conversion services, which shall include the following: 1. Process applications for quit claim deeds from Okaloosa Island and Holiday Isle Leaseholders (“Applicants”); 2. Confirm that Applicants are current on taxes assessed during the last five (5) years; 3. Perform title searches to confirm record title; 4. Prepare legal notices of bids; 5. Coordinate with the County in the review of bids; 6. Prepare quit claim deeds; and 7. Complete the closing of the conveyance transaction to the successful bidder. SELECTION CRITERIA All Proposals will be evaluated on three (3) major criteria: 1. Leasehold Conversion Experience. Provide a detailed outline of experience. 2. Number of years of experience in Northwest Florida (Okaloosa County, Walton County, Santa Rosa County and Escambia County). Please provide four (4) local recommendations from the counties listed. 3. Fee for services. TERM OF CONTRACT The term of this contract will be for three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) one year periods upon mutual agreement in writing.
