BACKGROUND: The TDC approved one-time funding in an amount up to $40K for a lifeguard tower and ATV at its October 2014 meeting. Backup documentation for the purchases has been provided and a contract amendment prepared. Pursuant to section E.200 of the TDD Manual, the TDC shall provide a recommendation on contracts presented to the Board for approval. OPTIONS: Approve or Deny RECOMMENDATION TO BCC: Approve an amendment to the Destin Fire Control District interlocal agreement (contract # C14-2086-TDD) for one-time funding in the amount of $34,216 for an ATV and lifeguard tower.
