BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: On September 16, 2015 one (1) bid was received for the design and materials for the Okaloosa Lane Bridge. This project could potentially be approved for Restore Act funding but staff has not received that confirmation at this time. Public Works staff have requested to reject the bid and re-bid the design and materials for the bridge upon confirmation of the funding. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny the staff request to reject the bid from Conecuh Bridge and Engineering for the Okaloosa Lane Bridge. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval to reject the bid from Conecuh Bridge and Engineering for the Okaloosa Lane Bridge. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
