Government Sub Lease at Bob Sikes Airport DEPARTMENT: Airport BCC DISTRICT: 1 STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Department of Airports requests the Board of County Commissioners approve the sublease between BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services, Inc. and the U.S. Government. BACKGROUND: The BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services, Inc. Lease allows for subleasing of their hangar at the Bob Sikes Airport with County Approval. BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services, Inc. and the U. S. Government have negotiated an agreement to sublease the hangar. The Certificate of Insurance is attached along with the contract & lease internal coordination sheet. OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services, Inc. and the U.S. Government sublease of BAE's Hangar at CEW. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
