BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: September 15, 2015 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Sunil Harman SUBJECT: Amendment of Trillion Aviation contract DEPARTMENT: Airport BCC DISTRICT: 2 STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Staff requests approval from the Board of County Commissioners to amend Trillion Aviation's contract by adding two additional employee's billing rates as Exhibit B. BACKGROUND: The Board previously approved a contract with Trillion Aviation to provide financial consulting services to the Department of Airports which has since tasked the consultant to prepare Financial Standards and Procedures. The original contract did not anticipate that scope of work and did not list these new employees on the Hourly Billing Rates Exhibit. The attached new billing sheet is presented for approval. The new employees are Pfleiger and Brown. OPTIONS: Approve, Disapprove or Table RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval to amend Trillion Aviation's contract by adding two additional employee's billing rates as Exhibit B. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
