These are time sensitive documents. We have until April 29" to return the originals to the Department of Corrections, at which time, they will sign one of the originals and mail back to us. We are shooting for the April 5" BCC meeting. Also attached is the contract, once | receive concurrence from you that the appropriate parties have reviewed and approved, with or without changes, i.e. the coordination sheet, | will then complete the Agenda Item (which we’ve already started) and send two (2) originals to Ms. Ward for the April 5!
