Unless the three of you respond back disagreeing with the changes I am going to proceed with bringing the renewal to the August 18th BCC meeting. The corrected renewal is attached for your review and here is a list of the corrections. 1. The attention to is now Tom Amburgey. 2. The last sentence in the first paragraph regarding the contract amount was not updated. The annual budgeted amount for this contract is $ 65,492.88 and has been budgeted for in FY 2015-2016 in account number 4114101-546900. The 2015-2016 rate sheet is attached.
