Bill Fisher Major Account Manager SEC U RUS Technologies May 1,2015 Okaloosa County Department of Corrections Chief Paul Lawson 1200 E James Lee Blvd Crestview FL. 32536 Re: Changes to Video Visitation Requirements in Master Services Agreement Dear Chief Lawson, Earlier this month, Securus Technologies, Inc. submitted a contract amendment for your review and signature that eliminates the prohibition on in-person visitation at your facility that was tied to video visitation being offered. Although Securus has not yet received the executed Amendment back, in the interim, effective immediately, Securus will no longer enforce the “no in-person visitation™ provision. This change will have no impact on the availability or provision of video visitation and Securus will continue to provide video visitation to your facility. Thus, going forward, any limitations on in-person visits are entirely at your discretion and, if retained, reflect a customer policy rather than a contractual obligation. We appreciate your prompt return of the executed Amendment and thank you in advance for your cooperation. Should you have any questions or need additional clarification, please feel free to contact me. I can be reached at (770) 649-3004 or via e-mail at bfisher@securustechnologies.com.
