BACKGROUND: Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. is the contractor tasked with providing annual road preservation techniques based upon staff recommendation of treatment types for roads within the maintenance system. On April 16, 2013, the Board of County Commissioners approved the annual lists for pavement preservation and cold mix rehabilitation submitted by Public Works' staff. OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove RECOMMENDATIONS: Authorize Purchasing Manager and County Administration to execute after-the-fact task orders for the work previously approved April 16, 2013. Action allows staff to move forward with payment to Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: Ernie Padgett, County Administrator
