(the “Vendor”). WHEREAS, on February 7, 2012, the County and Vendor entered into an Agreement to provide vehicle leases for the Northwest Florida Regional Airport Staff (the “"Agreement”); and WHEREAS, the Agreement for total Closed-End (Walkaway) Lease Schedule for the 2015 Ford Escape was for $465.21 but has changed to $464.09 due to a decrease in the rates ;and WHEREAS, the parties agree it is necessary to amend the Agreement to reflect the rate decrease of .24% (-$1.12) reflected in the monthly lease schedule for the Ford Escape. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises contained herein, the County and Vendor agree as follows: 1. The Agreement is hereby amended to reflect the rate decrease in the Closed-End (Walkaway) Lease Schedule the rate for the Ford Escape lease to reflect the new rate as $464.09. 2.
