Ferdon Blvd. Crestview, FL32536 Ref: Sea Way Boat Launch Town of Cinco Bayou Dear Mr. Puckett: The Town of Cinco Bayou wishes to apply for assistance from the Florida Boating Improvement Fund for repairs and upgrades to our launch facility at the Town’s Sea Way Boat Launch for the fiscal year 2016. We are requesting assistance through the Florida Boating Improvement Fund in the amount of $ 15,000. The repairs to be made are as follows: 1. Replace the seawall to the left of the launch to prevent further erosion. 2. Repair the existing 4 launch walls to prevent damage to boats. 3. Expand the three existing docks. 4. Road repairs and possible repaving. In conjunction with the above request The Town would like to roll over the previously approved funds for fiscal year 2015 (Agreement No.OKBP-1040) in the amount of $ 15,000 for a total of $30,000.
