BACKGROUND: Lease L08-0323-BCC with Valiant Investment Properties, LLC (formerly 99 Eglin, LTD) is for space for the Okaloosa County Property Appraiser and Tax Collector. After completion of the Okaloosa County Administration Building and subsequent relocation of both Constitutional Offices, the leased space is no longer required. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove final payment. RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval of the final payment to Valiant Investment Properties, LLC (formerly 99 Eglin, LTD) for lease #L08-0323-BCC. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
