(Asset No. 16488) BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: As a part of the Growth Management inventory process the Purchasing Fixed Asset Coordinator discovered that a satellite TV box had been replaced due to failure. The proper documentation was inadvertently not completed for the failure and replacement. Explanation has been provided by the Growth Management Department and documentation is now complete. The removal of this fixed asset from their inventory will close their review with all items being accounted for. Staff requests that the satellite TV box be removed from the asset ledger. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny removal of satellite TV box (Asset No. 16488) be removed from the fixed asset ledger. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends removal of satellite TV box (Asset No. 16488) from the fixed asset ledger. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
