Amendment One DEPARTMENT: Airport BCC DISTRICT: 2 STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Airports Department requests approval by the Board of County Commissioners for Amendment One to the Executive Cleaning, Inc. janitorial services contract at the Destin - Fort Walton Beach Airport. BACKGROUND: On June 5, 2015 the Board approved award of the contract with Executive Cleaning, Inc. for janitorial services at the Destin - Fort Walton Beach Airport. Amendment Number One was accomplished to add payment for consumables which will be reimbursed at cost and retroactive to the original contract award date. The current certificate of insurance is attached along with the contract and lease internal coordination sheet. OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table. RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners approve Amendment One to the Executive Cleaning, Inc. janitorial services contract at the Destin - Fort Walton Beach Airport. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
