(C14-2091-PW) to continue to provide limerock, limestone and asphalt milling materials. BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: On October 2, 2013, Okaloosa County entered into an agreement with Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. to provide limerock, limestone and asphalt milling materials. This contract will expire on September 30, 2015, however, the contract has an option for an additional one (1) year renewal. Public Works and Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. wish to exercise the renewal option extending the contract to September 30, 2016. This is the final renewal on this contract. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny the renewal with Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for limerock, limestone & asphalt milling materials and authorize the Chairman to sign the contract/lease renewal form. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the renewal with Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. for limerock, limestone & asphalt milling materials and authorize the Chairman to sign the contract/lease renewal form.
