EXHIBIT B ASSIGNMENT OF EASEMENT FOR VALUE RECEIVED, on ____ day of 2015, the undersigned, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA (the “Assignor”) whose address is 1804 Lewis Turner Blvd., Fort Walton Beach, Florida, 32547, does assign, transfer and convey to the CITY OF NICEVILLE, a municipal corporation, (the “assignee”), all of the rights, title, and interest of the Assignor in and to that certain Easement (the “Easement”) dated July 12, 1991 and recorded in Official Records Book 1616, Page 1608 of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida which grants an easement over the following described property: A strip extending 50 feet inland from the mean high water line of Rocky Bayou commencing at the intersection of said mean high water line on the south shore of Rocky Bayou with the western boundary line of the ROW for Florida State Highway 20 and meandering in a westerly direction therefrom a distance of approximately 230 feet.
