RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2014 BUDGET AIRPORT ENTERPRISE FUND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for overlaying aircraft parking apron at Bob Sikes Airport grant, and WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original budget, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the Airport Enterprise Fund be increased, additional receipts appropriated as follows: RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Airport Development 741424R-334410 $97,500 EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Other Improvements 741424-563490 $97,500 Adopted this regular session the 15th day of July 2014.
