(District: ALL) BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: Staff requests Board approval of the contract to construct a 5’ sidewalk along the south side of Rocky Bayou Drive right-of-way with Floridian Construction and Development. The construction will take approximately 60 calendar days and the total cost will be $229,078.78. Staff requests approval of the contract and authorization for the Chairman to sign the document. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny the contract with Floridian Construction and Development and authorize the Chairman to sign the document. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the contract with Floridian Construction and Development and authorize the Chairman to sign the document. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
