Recognitions Subject : 3.1 Recognition of Madison Muse, Crestview High School, 2024 Florida High Athletic Association (FHSAA) Girls Weightlifting State Champion, Olympic Division, presented by Superintendent Chambers. Meeting : Apr 22, 2024 - Workshop Meeting Type : Recognition Public Content Madi Muse is a current senior at Crestview High School. She has participated in weightlifting all four years of her high school career. Her freshman year she placed third in traditional, as a sophomore she placed second in snatch and third in traditional, as a junior her weight class changed, and she placed 3rd Olympic and 6th in traditional. She continued to push herself to reach her goal to become a state champion. All of her hard work and dedication to her sport paid off this year at state with a third place in traditional and a State Championship in Olympic in the 119-weight class. Madi clean and jerked 190 and snatched 140. Madi's State Championship is the first in the history of Crestview High School for a female athlete. Madi will be attending Mars Hill University in North Carolina on a weightlifting scholarship. CHS is proud of Madi, and we look forward to her continued success. 3. Recognitions  Subject : 3.2 Niceville High School Eagle Pride Marching Band Presentation.
