To Whom It May Concern:
As the Enterprise Information Technology (EITC) site manager for the 7" Special Forces Group, | worked
closely with GSC Systems, Inc on the voice, data and communications systems installation at the newly
constructed 7" Special Forces Group Cantonment at Eglin AFB, FL.
Because of the unique Special Forces mission, the base-wide communications systems required highly
sensitive classified networks with specialized construction to support the secret, top secret and special
category information data transmissions.
GSC, also selected to provide base-wide intrusion detection (IDS), access control, video surveillance, fire
and mass notification systems, provided invaluable support in the design and installation of these highly
complex integrated systems. GSC engineers, technicians and managers proactively and enthusiastically
reached out to the many contractors, military/civilian personnel, and using agencies to ensure
requirements, proper design, installation and customer satisfaction with the completed systems.
The timely completion and delivery of the 7" Special Forces Group base-wide security and
communications systems required exceptional skills, expertise, and experience, as well as considerable
proficiency in management and coordination.
Often under adverse conditions, GSC engineers and technicians worked skillfully and tirelessly to
complete and deliver contract milestones on or ahead of schedule in support of the 7" Special Forces
mission construction deadlines.
GSC Systems engineers, technicians and management made a significant contribution to the successful
completion of construction for the new home of the US Army 7" Special Forces (Airborne) headquarters
and training compound located on Eglin AFB, FL.
| am most happy to acknowledge and recommend GSC Systems, Inc for any similar project requiring the
specialized knowledge and experience of this exceptional and very capable firm.

To Whom It May Concern:
The Army 7 Special Forces Group Cantonment was one of the largest single construction projects ever
to be built at Eglin AFB, Florida. The challenges included development of new facility designs to meet the
Army’s MILCON requirements, addressing special physical security protocols and building systems
prerequisites.
Throughout the construction of the project, | worked with GSC Systems, who designed, installed, tested
and certified the site integrated Intrusion Detections System (IDS). Also installing the Access Control,
Video Surveillance, Data Communications, Fire Detection and Voice Evacuation Systems, GSC Systems
was the only company selected to provide these services on all phases of the project.
The systems designed and installed by GSC Systems to US Army Corps of Engineer specifications in
support of the Army Special Forces Mission were innovative and complex. The integration of these
systems and technical disciplines into a single cohesive network of electronic security and
communications for the entire base, required extensive skills in engineering, management, supervision,
and detailed coordination with many contractors, the US Army, the US Air Force, the US Army Corp of
Engineers, and civilian support personnel.
GSC rose to the challenge, demonstrating exemplary craftsmanship and technical competence, earning
the respect, trust, and confidence of all those who interacted with them.
| have worked with many contractors in over twenty-five years of military construction service, and GSC
Systems stands out as one of the absolute best. Never shaken by the rigorous demands of the
government, the GSC engineers, technicians, and managers, including Nathan Siegwart and Kristopher
Newton, met every challenge and deadline and enthusiastically and flawlessly executed their work to
meet the demanding contract schedule.
GSC systems truly exemplified a team effort dedicated to the highest standards of excellence and
commitment to achieving this project's goals.
| would gladly recommend GSC Systems for any future projects of the size and scale of the US Army 7"
Special Forces Group Facility at Eglin AFB.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about this competent and reliable electronic
systems integration company.
Sincerely,
