OKALOOSA ISLAND LEASEHOLD CONVERSION RESOLUTION NO. WHEREAS, the person(s) named below is/are the leaseholder(s) of record who has/have submitted the successful highest bid for the County’s Resolution Reversionary Interest in the parcel(s) described therein set immediately below such Bidder’s name(s); Michael J Bower and Diane E Bower, Trustees of The Bower Family Trust Dated August 21, 2003 Apartment (or Unit) No. C-510, according to Exhibit 'B', Page 10 of the Declaration of Condominium Ownership of The Breakers of Fort Walton Beach, recorded in Official Records Book 1170, Page 1510, and all amendments filed thereto, of Okaloosa County, Florida, and being fully described in the Declaration referred to herein together with Grantor's leasehold interest in and to the undivided .57126 share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, together with all easements, rights and privileges as set forth in the Declaration. NOW THEREFORE, Surety Land Title of Florida, LLC. Is directed to prepare a quit claim deed, in previously authorized format, conveying the County’s Reversionary Interest to the successful bidder(s) for the signature of the chairman of the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners, and; Surety Land Title of Florida, LLC. Is further directed to complete the closing of the conveyance transaction by quitclaim deed to the successful bidder(s).
