We have always taken care of your renewal June/ July during our renewal period. If necessary I can
provide previous invoices to reflect these payments. As discussed with Tisha, we take care of all
renewals for the guide at the same time to help prep for our open enrollment for new advertisers.
By renewing you do not lose any time on your campaign as we simply extend your expiration date
for another 12 months.

Thanks so much for your reply. I tried giving you a call this morning as well. Unfortunately, due to
the County finance process we are not allowed to renew these types of listings until the listing
period has begun. My apologies as I was unaware that the listing did not start until September. We
will need to have this payment reimbursed and then renew it again in September when the listing
actually starts. Please let me know about handling the same and if you have any further questions.
