BACKGROUND: Partridge Hills is a proposed 136-lot single-family residential subdivision as submitted by Seaside Engineering and Surveying, LLC, on behalf of Thomas Lewis Young Revocable Trust and Victoria of Northwest Florida, Inc., owners. The property is located on Airman’s Memorial Road, Crestview. The property is zoned Residential-1 (R-1) and has a future land use designation of Low Density Residential (LDR). Property contains 50.19 acres more or less. The requested 136-lot single-family subdivision is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code OPTIONS: Approve or deny the final plat. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the final plat for Partridge Hills Subdivision. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
