Stat. Our staff has completed its review of the amendment, which proposes the following changes: 1. Convert land use designation of lot 33 within Royal Oak Village from medium/low residential density to commercial/office and correct the Master Development Plan Map to reflect the historic use of the property as 3,185 square feet of non-residential. We have determined the proposed change should not create any additional or unanticipated impact to regional resources nor does it create a substantial deviation. Therefore, pursuant to section 380.06 (19)(e)1, F.S., the proposed modification does not require the filing of an NOPC. Staff does not object to the proposed change, however, staff recommends the 3,185 square feet of the structure be limited to only office uses to ensure consistent degree of impact to the surrounding area in the future. Please ensure this change is reflected in the next biennial report. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance to you in the DRI process.
