Mr. Roy Clennan, Hangar Lessee, Destin Airport Block 4 Lot 2 notified me on
September 26, 2014 that he completed a renovation on the hangar and is requesting an

briefed him that he was supposed to notify County prior to the renovation for approval.
He stated he thought we were part of the permit process. I asked him for all invoices
marked paid and a set of plans for the renovation. He submitted a proposal and I told him
the proposal was not sufficient. I needed an invoice marked paid. Mr. Clennan
submitted the invoice today. All correspondence is attached for your review.

Please note that the hangar WAS NOT permitted or up to code when! purchased it. We actually ended up paying more
than billed, since this contractor cid not complete ALL the work. We replaced the coor motor also,
The entire place was insulated, painted and a workshop was installed. The floor was redone. Air and heat was
installed. The roof was worked on by three different people, most recently Belmac roofing. Everything is up to code
and the hangar is beautiful. We DID get permits. | apologize that you were not notified. | falsely assumed you were
