BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: February 7, 2017 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Tracy Stage SUBJECT: Assignment of Lease and Amendment for AM Management DEPARTMENT: Airport BCC DISTRICT: 5 STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Airports Department requests approval by the Board of County Commissioners for a proposed Assignment of Lease and Amendment from AM Management to PGC Aviation Services for Block 5 Lot 2 at the Destin Executive Airport. BACKGROUND: AM Management, Mr. James Miller, entered into a hangar lease agreement for Block 5 Lot 2 at the Destin Executive Airport and now requests to assign his hangar to PGC Aviation Services, Mr. Jordan Harper and Keith Driver. AM Management is in full compliance with all current lease requirements. The hangar lease fee has been received. PGC Aviation Services' certificate of insurance is attached along with the contract and lease internal coordination sheet. OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table. RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve this Assignment of Lease and Amendment as described above. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
