Maintenance, Inspection and Repair Agreement (with Vehicle Lease Option), between the School Board of Okaloosa County and Destin High School, Inc., effective September 11, 2023, and ending September 10, 2024, and may be renewed by mutual  agreement of the parties hereto annually thereafter. Public Content This Agreement is for Okaloosa County School District Transportation Department to provide regular maintenance, inspection and repair (with Vehicle Lease Option) of Destin High School, Inc., buses. The routine maintenance, inspection and repair services provided by the School Board shall be consistent with the same services performed by the Transportation garages on the School Board's own bus fleet.
