Contract No. CO-1165-WS2-158 Task Order No.: 111 Task Order Description: Provide general consulting services related to design, administration, and implementation of Fiber Optic Cabling for the Okaloosa County Information Systems Department. Services include but are not limited to implementation of the Mid-Bay Bridge crossing and ring closure, administration of existing contracts, development of future contracts, design, engineering, project cost analysis, cost model preparation, future -infrastructure planning, progress reporting, permitting assistance, route selection, easement acquisition, surveying, assisting with grant applications, grant reporting assistance, analysis of potential utility conflicts, preparation of utility relocation plans, preparation of reports and presentations, and assistance with specifications for procurement of infrastructure maintenance. Period of Services: Begin December 2011 Cost of Services: The cost of services rendered shall be based on time spent on project at current labor rates with a not-to-exceed cost of $100,000 without prior written authorization.
