The JPA’s state in section 18.00 that an extension will be granted in writing from District Three Designee (extension letters attached). The attached letters reference section 18.00 and extends the applicable agreements. We b1 expect nothing else from FDOT and we're just asking the board to approve the extensions granted by the District Three Designee. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!!
