Mayer Advertising contract C12-2007-TDC. BACKGROUND: The website maintenance portion of “base services” under the Peter Mayer contract is set to terminate on June 30. Due to unforeseen delays with finalizing a contract with Revive Media for website hosting and maintenance services, a one-month extension of Peter Mayer website maintenance services is requested. The Tourist Development Council recommended approval of this contract amendment at its June 23 meeting. OPTIONS: Approve or Deny. RECOMMENDATION: Approve a one-month contract extension through July 31, 2016 for the provision of website maintenance to Peter A. Mayer Advertising contract C12-2007-TDC, and authorize the Chairman to sign. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
