BACKGROUND: Task Order 187 in the amount of $3,500 for a half page print ad with matching editorial in Meetings Today Magazine - Beach Meetings was approved by the County on May 20. The order date is May 1 and the invoice date is May 11. Board approval for payment is requested because the order date and invoice date precede the date the task order was approved by the County. OPTIONS: Approve or Deny. RECOMMENDATION: Approve payment of Peter Mayer invoice 010672-0000 in the amount of $3,500 under task order 187.
