Modified Bitumen roofing with Poly-Iso insulation. Heavy Equipment Shop at the South Transportation Facility - This project consists of the tear off and replacement of approximately 22 squares at the existing roofs located at Buildings 1 and 2 at the Heavy Equipment Shop located at the South Transportation Facility. The new roofs will be the District standard of Modified Bitumen roofing with Poly-Iso insulation. The total squares for the three roofs is 92 squares.
