Zan has trepidation in signing it because we didn’t receive it until 2/26/16, which was after the renewal period, which started 2/1/2016. Mr. Miner said he had trouble getting it back from Timberview Helicopters. Our guestion is, do they need to cease whatever activity they have on County property, or are we still under contract with them? Additionally, is Zan authorized to sign this or should we go another route? Thanks!
