OKALADSA COUNTY UWATER & SEUJER SYSTEM AMENDMENT to CONTRACT C97-0066-WS Horizons of Okaloosa County Landscape Maintenance This Amendment is made by Okaloosa County Water & Sewer and Horizons of Okaloosa County, parties to the agreement C97-0066-WS. The Contract is amended as follows: The Okaloosa County Water & Sewer Department is requesting a 90 day contract extension in order to provide the Okaloosa County Purchasing Department time to solicit bids for a new Landscape Maintenance Contract. The current contract expires 9/30/2015. The extension will be from 10/01/2015 to 12/31/2015. Ali other terms and conditions of the original agreement shall remain in full force and effect through the duration of this amendment.
