BACKGROUND: On August 4, 2015 the Board authorized staff to begin contract negotiations with Lockard & Williams Insurance Services, P.A. for Group Flexible Benefits Plan Administrative Services. The services offered under this contract include administration of the Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Account and the Health Reimbursement Account. The contract has been prepared and staff requests approval of the contract and authorization for the Chairman to sign the document. The contract effective date will be October 1, 2015. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny contract with Lockard & Williams Insurance Services, P.A. for Group Flexible Benefits Plan Administrative Services. RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval of contract with Lockard & Williams Insurance Services, P.A. for Group Flexible Benefits Plan Administrative Services and authorization for the Chairman to sign the document.
