Because the Seller has asked us to get this on the BCC Agenda Aug 4, this one is an extreme rush. After the Coordination Sheet is done, the partners of the Holland Ware Foundation will then sign, and | will do the work in MinuteTraq. The agreement was written, negotiated, and coordinated by Bill Garner at NGN, under the direction and oversight of Greg Stewart. Please note there is 1 minor forthcoming change to be made by the attorneys — to add the Seller’s attorney’s contact info on Exhibit D (the Pinestraw Agreement). Bill is OK with that change to be made. For the sake of time, we’re asking for this version to move forward with the Cooridnation Sheet, seeing that he change is so minor.
