1 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY 2 COMMISSIONERS; APPROVING JOINT 3 PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (FIN PROJECT 4 42561539401) FOR THE PURPOSE OF 5 REHABILITATING THE AIRCRAFT PARKING 6 APRON AT DESTIN EXECUTIVE AIRPORT 7 8 WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation has been granted the authority 9 to enter into a Joint Participation Agreement with Okaloosa County granting funding to 10 undertake the resolved project, and 11 WHEREAS, the County agrees to provide matching funding as presented in Exhibit 12 “B” of the attached Joint Participation Agreement (JPA), and to abide by the mutual covenants, 13 promises and representations contained therein; 14 NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of 15 Okaloosa County as follows; 16 1. The Board approves the attached JPA. 17 2.
