AMENDMENT ONE TO AIRPORT MANAGEMENT SERVICES d/b/a HUDSON GROUP This AMENDMENT ONE is entered into effective this day of , 2014, by and between OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY’’) and HUDSON GROUP (hereinafter referred to as “PARTY OF THE SECOND PART”). WITNESSETH: | WHEREAS, the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART entered into the original contract dated June 7, 2004 with a current expiration date of June 6, 2019. WHEREAS, this Amendment One shall be subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, and agreements to be kept, performed and observed by PARTY OF THE SECOND PART as stipulated in the original contract agreement not otherwise amended in this amendment. WHEREAS, the COUNTY and the PARTY OF THE-SECOND-PART, each in. consideration of the agreements to be performed by the other, intending to be legally bound do hereby agree to the following sections being added to the contract: SECTION 1: Hudson Group requested and been granted an additional 81 square feet in the concourse area holdroom between gates BS and B6 for merchandise, food and beverage concession. SECTION 2: This amendment consists of the following: Sections 1 to 2. It constitutes the entire amendment of the parties and may not be changed, modified, discharged, or extended except by written instrument duly executed by COUNTY and PARTY OF THE SECOND PART.
