September 24, 2015 Dear Ms. Whitman: Enclosed are the required forms and approvals from the different agencies needed for our event at the Boardwalk. | am working with Taylor Ward at Sandman, Inc. on the beach cleanup and trash removal for our event. | have a hold on half the parking lot at the Emerald Coast Convention Center through Tisha Maraj and have included our email communication in this packet. | will go to contract on the parking lot once we received approval from the County Commission. Our parking plan is the same as we have done for the past two years. We are using a bus shuttle service from our participating hotels and then utilizing the parking lot at the Convention Center. We also have signs for the parking lot at the Boardwalk to indicate that no parking on grass and other unauthorized areas. Please let me know if you have questions or need additional information.
