SUBJECT: Verizon Site Access Agreement

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed Verizon Wireless Site Access Agreement at the
Northwest Florida Regional Airport is being presented to the Board of County Commissioners
for approval.
BACKGROUND: Verizon Wireless will be installing repeaters at the Airport and before the
installation, Verizon Wireless will need access to Airport property to conduct radio tests, conduct
physical structural and geotechnical testing, conduct environmental testing, establish wetland
delineations, and conduct boundary and other surveys. Verizon Wireless' certificate of insurance
is attached along with the contract and lease internal coordination sheet.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the Verizon
Wireless Site Access Agreement as described above.
