Approval is requested for TPM Program #6, Task Order #11 - Scope Modification by adding Pryor Middle School Gymnasium Roof.
Pryor Middle School Gymnasium Roof Replacement – This project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roof system
at the Pryor Middle School Gymnasium building. This roof was apparently damaged recently by a storm and a portion blew off exposing
the lightweight concrete decking and allowing water to enter a portion of the building. This building consists of high (Gymnasium) and low
roof areas over educational and athletic space on the campus and is approximately 260 Squares in size. The existing single ply roof on
the entire building will be removed and replaced with the District standard Tremco AlphaGuard Bio product. Numerous roof top mounted
HVAC units must be removed and reinstalled on curbs as well as associated piping and conduit as part of the process.
The Pre-GMP budget for this effort will be $75,000 and DOES NOT include the temporary roof installation by Tremco (WTI) that is
being handled directly by the District.
