July 7, 2015 Executive Session The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners was called to order in Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. at the Okaloosa County Courthouse in Crestview to discuss litigation settlement negotiations or strategy related to the claim Okaloosa County filed related to 0il Spill, MDL No. 2179, Section J filed in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana. The only individuals permitted in the Executive Session were Chairman Nathan D. Boyles; Vice Chairman Charles K. Windes, Jr; Commissioner Wayne Harris; Commissioner Carolyn Ketchel; Commissioner Trey Goodwin; County Administrator John Hofstad; County Attorney Greg Stewart; and a certified court reporter. ADJOURNMENT This Executive Session was adjourned at 5:55 p.m. J. D. PEACOCK IT NATHAN D.
