RESOLUTION NO. 15-__~ A RESOLUTION OF THE OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT FOR C09-1737-AP FOR THE DESTIN EXECUTIVE AIRPORT AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER WHEREAS, the County desires to enter into an Agreement with Environmental Management Resources of Washington, Inc. for the construction of the Air Traffic Control Tower at the Destin Executive Airport; and WHEREAS, the Agreement to be entered into between the parties requires the County as a public body to attach evidence of authority to sign and resolution of other documents authorizing execution of the Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, the County authorizes the Chairman to execute the Agreement for C09-1737-AP, by and between the County and Environmental Management Resources of Washington, Inc.
